Tour de Guelph 2025 breaks records with $226,500 raised for local hospital and community programs
The 12th annual Tour de Guelph, presented by Label Design Ltd., proved to be a powerful display of community spirit, raising a record-setting $226,500 in net fundraising proceeds.
The event brought together more than 3,300 community members, including 850+ riders, 130+ volunteers, and 2,445 individual donors – making this year’s Tour de Guelph the biggest and most successful yet.
With this year’s record-setting total, Tour de Guelph has now raised over $1.4 million in net proceeds over its twelve years. Proceeds from the event will support The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital and local charitable programs through the Rotary Clubs of Guelph South and Guelph Trillium.
This year, funds directed to The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital will support the construction and equipment for the hospital’s new medical centre, scheduled to open in early 2026. This state-of-the-art facility will expand access to diagnostic imaging services and introduce a second MRI machine, meeting a growing need in our region.
In addition, this year’s fundraising success will enable the Rotary Clubs of Guelph South and Guelph Trillium to support a wide range of local initiatives focused on food security, family and youth services, transitional supports, and environmental stewardship.

From seasoned cyclists to first-time participants, generous donors and dedicated volunteers, Tour de Guelph 2025 was not just a bike ride – but a celebration of community.
